I trusted her and got what I wanted. Delivery: First it was to be delivered on Friday, then Saturday and finally the next business day. I assumed that would be Monday. Lucky for me it was Sunday. The assembly directions were a 2 on a scale of 1 to 5. The product was barely ok. There were imperfections in the finish. I wonder if it had been returned as the shipping box really looked tough.. We really appreciate the lack of handles sticking out and the refrigerators sleek finish. You do have to be careful not to open both drawers at the same time, or the whole unit will fall forward. It is definitely best to use under a snug countertop between cabinets (we haven't installed our flooring yet, so it doesn't fit snuggly under the countertop yet).
