This is my second attempt at buying/using an ice maker. The first time I never worked and that’s bc it was a very poorly ventilated mobile home in Florida and the heat was too much. Now, I’m in a ‘regular’ home and thought I’d give it another’s try with this model and low and behold, this thing cranks out the ice non-stop and you don’t need to stand their while it’s doing it but it helps bc you do want to put the ice in your freezer - I used a metal mixing bowl and filled it to the top in mere minutes. It’s very easy to use, just pour water in, plug it in and about 9 cubes every 6 minutes as it states is true. I’m very pleased and I would whole-heartedly recommend this product fully.. Dean. I like my ice maker that makes nugget-ice. Two bottles of water makes about half gal. of ice. I keep it in my freezer untill needed. The nugget size ice is very easy to handle when putting in glasses. Was more than what I wanted to pay, but it works very well and hope it last for a long while. This is a pretty neat little ice machine as you can see. It has a handle on top for transporting so you can take it if you go camping, put it in your camper or if you have an outdoor event, you could set it outside as long as it’s in a certain temperature, not directly in the sun and it has plenty of ventilation. It’ll work fine. I have changed it from small to large ice and the larger seems to last longer. The small ice melts before the next batch actually dumps so please note that. . It takes 6 to 8 minutes for a batch and it only dumps six ice cubes.
