I have been looking for nice heavy, solid, durable outdoor chairs. I live in Florida and the humidity makes everything grow mold. These chairs are definitely solid, the cushions are some of the best I’ve seen, as cover is washable. The cushions are firm but comfortable. The directions said it should take 10 minutes to assemble, however it took me longer. The chair is heavy by weight. I built them in the garage then carried them around to the backyard. Chairs are OK. They’re wider than they need to be. There are paint scratches on all of the chairs in small places, but they are there and none nonetheless, and they do scratch easily. The biggest aggravation in assembling the chairs is that the holes don’t line up. For what you pay for these chairs, the screw holes should lineup. I had to use force to get the armrest section to lineup with the seat section. Not good. I don’t like to assemble mail order items. It’s a total pain, but it seems like no matter what you order these days you have to put it together. I would gladly pay an extra $10 for a bigger box for these chairs to be completely assembled.. Chairs are OK. They’re wider than they need to be. There are paint scratches on all of the chairs in small places, but they are there and none nonetheless, and they do scratch easily. The biggest aggravation in assembling the chairs is that the holes don’t line up. For what you pay for these chairs, the screw holes should lineup. I had to use force to get the armrest section to lineup with the seat section. Not good. I don’t like to assemble mail order items. It’s a total pain, but it seems like no matter what you order these days you have to put it together. I would gladly pay an extra $10 for a bigger box for these chairs to be completely assembled..
