Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. Great packaging and arrived earlier than expected. This wine refrigerator was easy to install and looks great. The wood shelves are great quality and I like the stainless steel front. I was able to store standard Bordeaux bottles as well as Pinot Noir bottles. I also like the flexibility of being able to remove a shelf if I have even broaderwider bottles.
