The overall quality of the range has been excellent so far. We get compliments about it from all our guests and it really is a statement piece in the center of our kitchen. The only grip I have is that the burners do not turn down enough and the wok burner makes a strange humming sound at any level above 5 when any pan is placed above it. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. I searched forever for an affordable 6 burner gas stove top. Here it is. Upon first installation we had a few issues. 1st was the smell of gas. Had it checked and there was no leak it is the just the smell of the materials used to make it. It was very strong at first. Next issue was that the burners all were set at max power. We had to contact customer service to get a special tool to adjust the burner flames. So everything was burning even on its lowest setting which is another thing Im not crazy about. The down fall is the specs state it is 18.6" deep. The number one reason I wanted the oven, because it would fit the baking pans I already own. But the inside is really 16.5", because in the back of the oven the convection fan is built out about 1.5" inches, so the oven racks are actually 16" wide. Delivery experience was excellent as they had brought it into my kitchen and after getting permission from their boss, was able to unpack the range and move it in front of where this new range was being installed in my kitchen. I installed this range, put everything together and the burners have been running great. These are really nice shelves. Because they're custom and not 'off the shelf' you can maximize the shelf size and not lose as much space as you do with set sized shelves. A very good range/stove that we have used for the last year. It has a few idiosyncrasies to which we have become accustomed. The clock is ridiculously hard to set. We have to look it up every time the time/date changes. There is no automated option. No smart connection for this unit at all, which is a plus and a minus. The power is insanely good. It can boil water so fast. The oven is very even. The unit feels solid. Placing a pot on an unused hob will result in a clicking noise that happens every few seconds. At first this drove me nuts, but now it's fine. The induction is fairly loud, especially when placed at a high level. The stainless steel scratches fairly easily. At first this was annoying, but now it's a kind of patina. This thing gets some serious use daily and I'm okay with it. Delivery was uneventful. I did need to make some mods to my electrical outlet but that was no big deal. Cost me $200 to get an electrician out. Make sure you have the outlets and plugs that you want/need in advance.. Adam. This refrigerator is very stylish. We bought a counter depth.They are smaller but this one is very well appointed. The drawers slide so nice. Has a Deli drawer and a Butter keeper. Which most refrigerators no longer have. Helps to keep everything organized.The freezer has 2 drawers and really nice wire shelves on the door that bend out. We couldn’t be happier with the Café 23.2 cu. ft. Smart Counter-Depth 4-Door French-Door Refrigerator. For a counter-depth model, the capacity is impressively efficient. The layout makes excellent use of space, and despite being 23.2 cu. ft., it easily holds everything we need without feeling cramped. The four-door configuration is a standout. The middle drawer is extremely versatile and quickly became one of our most-used features, perfect for drinks, snacks, or frequently accessed items. Both the refrigerator and freezer sections are well organized and easy to navigate. The dual-dispense AutoFill water pitcher is another highlight. Having filtered water ready to grab from the fridge is incredibly convenient, and the auto-fill feature works reliably. The dispenser is fast and easy to use while maintaining a clean, integrated look. Being ENERGY STAR certified gives us confidence in its efficiency, and it runs quietly while maintaining consistent temperatures. The smart features are well executed too. The app is intuitive, reliable, and genuinely useful without feeling gimmicky. Finally, the design is stunning.
