One plank was damaged in shipping right in the middle of the also the bigger issue is that the rest of the boxes I ordered to complete the project are back ordered for six months. I purchased this item to replace my old one that went out on me though it was difficult to install it but I was wrong it was very simple and I did it myself instead of paying 250 dollars for a plumber to come out to install it once I installed it I was very impressed with the quality and the preference of it.
