This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. Gorgeous! For $1300ish dollars I paid it is an incredible value. Very long and comfortable. Measurements were accurate. Fabric is chenille. It’s also not mentioned in the description but a HUGE PLUS for me was the cushion covers are removable and washable! Foam is very dense. Few things that would make it better are: higher legs so my robot vacuum can get under it, deeper cushions. I did buy additional pillows and a throw for decoration.
