This is such an upgrade from our 10,000 BTU portable air conditioner. We purchased this Danby because our old a/c unit started blowing hot air. After checking to see if it needed draining, filter cleaning, checking the hose for blockages, etc., we realized it was likely not worth trying to get it repaired. We've bought Danby products before but never a/c units. So far, it's doing a great job. We have it set up in our living room, which counts as two rooms if we were to carpet it and so far, it's keeping the space nice and cool. We live in an apartment, so this works really well. The true test will be how it lasts during some of the summer's longer heat waves, but as we're experiencing mini heat waves right now (that last maybe 2-3 days), I'm happy to say that it's doing a decent job. Oh, and it's super quiet. Our other a/c unit that we have in the bedroom runs a lot louder than this one and is maybe only a year old. The items arrived in perfect condition and working order. I am able to fit three 1/6th 5 gallon kegs if I had the inclination. I currently have two with double Perlick flow controlled taps. Solid built kegerator and it is a very quiet unit but the instructions are not very detailed and only provide instructions for a basic one tap kegerator for the most part. And no detailed instructions of how to mount or properly secure the CO2 tank and attachments. I currently have (2) 1/6 barrel kegs (90 degree keg couplers required and provided) in my kegerator and it would be a very tight fit to put a third in, if possible. Keep in mind you have (3) CO2 and beer lines along with the kegs & CO2 tank. I would purchase again minus the concerns above and I do not plan on using 3 kegs very often.. Ryan. FL. Tue Jun 16 2020

Great AC! I purchased this as a replacement for a worn-out prior model dual hose Whynter AC. I really love this unit and the hose-in-hose feature successfully reduces the hose heat dramatically! This unit is much quieter than my previous unit and I am extremely happy with it. The only drawback is due to the size of the outer hose, the 'bendability' is not as good as other dual and single hose models but it is a small detail compared to its benefits!. Darryl.
