This took about 3 hours to set up with two adults and a kid grabbing parts. Easier if you have a drill with a screw head and a hex head. If you follow the directions slowly and make sure you align parts as you go perfect it turns out great. The only hard part was getting the final back covers on was on the carpet and would have been easier. The balls are pretty lightweight and they will fly around if the kids roll them too hard. These are heavy and well made but unfortunately we can't use them with our sliding door. They stick out too far from the wall. But I purchased them because I didn't want to screw the door glide into my new hardwood floor and these go into the baseboard.
