One of the biggest highlights is how easy it is to change configurations — you can rearrange the pieces quickly to fit different needs or room layouts, which makes it feel very flexible and functional. We did notice an issue after a few days of use where the back cushions started to sag when not supported, which was a bit concerning at first. 4.5/5 stars. The cushions fluffed up pretty quick, I actually like this couch! It fits my space perfectly. Not sure if this will go away with time but I did notice when sitting on the cushions the Velcro makes noise which is kind of annoying, and if you stick the back cushions on the Velcro according the directions you can see the black back piece so we decided to not stick those onto the Velcro.
