This things is huge! It came in 3 boxes as mentioned. It did require two people to help put it together but it is lovely and comfortable! I would NOT suggest using their assembly service as it is through Angi and they cancelled on me 2x and explained that there is no specific person assigned to the job, its just if someone chooses to do it in my area. The did refund the full fee though. 2 parts are hidden in part 11 that I thought were missing. One of the inner parts was damaged and the manufacturer processed a speedy discount. One of the biggest highlights is how easy it is to change configurations — you can rearrange the pieces quickly to fit different needs or room layouts, which makes it feel very flexible and functional. We did notice an issue after a few days of use where the back cushions started to sag when not supported, which was a bit concerning at first. You’re not going to find a better mod sofa for this price. I’m going to add stuffing to the back and arm rest cushions. Not a complaint it’s easy. I’ll probably get taller feet eventually.
