It's perfect for the purpose we needed it: To hold a medium-sized TV but under a window. We didn't want to totally block the window so the height is just right. The wide length makes it easy to shift away from the window if necessary or to be seen from a specific chair in the room. It's very pretty, and solid. We put wicker baskets in the open slots below to hide stuff. The electric cords are easy with the open back. As would be components. I found it funny (not haha. The table looks great and as I expected! It is sturdy and a nice finish, a great value for the price! As others have mentioned it is a 2 person assembly job. The assembly took way longer, 4-5 hours for us even though we thought we read the instructions thoroughly. Just when we were on the home stretch, standing the table upright, we realized we installed "Panel 7" with the little item "D" pieces to be on the outside and one of those panels was upside down. We had to partially disassemble to fix our mistakes, ugh! Important to note, all of the virtical panels need to face rough edge up/finished edge down, toward the floor.
