Silver Certificates also known as Blue Seals and Blue Seal Notes are still legal tender but since 1968 they have been redeemable only in Federal Reserve Notes and may no longer be exchanged for silver. The 10 dollar silver certificate is housed in a protective 5 x 8 inch vinyl portfolio. The 10 dollar bill features Alexander Hamilton on the front and the US Treasury on the back. A Certificate of Authenticity is included.

Wow! I love these…but I had no idea they were painted or printed wood (the multicolored all over design); I honestly thought the colored design was fabric and that these were fabric covered boxes! They look like fabric in the pics online, and even in person. It wasn’t until I got them and removed them from the great and careful packaging that I touched them and was shocked that they were all wood. Even better, i thought, because they won’t get pilled or snag over time like fabric would. I also wasn’t expecting them to be so BIG! I mean, I saw the measurements, but the larger one is so much bigger then I imagined it would be…this isn’t necessarily a problem per se, but it does mean that I’ll have to find a different use for the larger one then I planned, which is fine. The art print, in photo frame hinged lid, features bright floral design and words from the poem I Said a Prayer For You Today. The print is under glass and can easily be changed out for your photo trimmed to about 3 3/4" diameter; the removable back is under the lid. Ivory tone box has distress finish ornamentation around the rim of the lid. The storage compartment inside is lined with black velvet. Overall box size is 4 3/4" diameter x 2 1/2" high. Padded underneath to protect furniture. The box is made with an extra-sturdy polymer that resists cracking and chipping.

The Norton Manx or Manx Norton is a British racing motorcycle that was made from 1947 to 1962 by Norton Motors Ltd. It had contested every Isle of Man TT race from the inaugural 1907 event through into the 1970s, a feat unrivaled by any other manufacturer, and the development and honing of the Manx racing motorcycle was another step in this racing achievement. Our 1952 Norton Manx model is handcrafted of tin. It is painted silver and has a scale of 1:8. It features intricate details such as mesh wheels, 500cc engine, seat, lightweight frame, exhaust, front and side license plate with number 96, fenders, and a brake lever. Bring home and display this iconic British bike from the height of Norton’s dominance of open road-racing in the 1950s. Beautiful and brutal, the Norton Manx is a true motorcycling legend.
