Small size silver certificates were issued from 1928 to 1964, in denominations of 1, 5, and 10. Silver Certificates also known as Blue Seals and Blue Seal Notes are still legal tender but since 1968 they have been redeemable only in Federal Reserve Notes and may no longer be exchanged for silver. The 10 dollar silver certificate is housed in a protective 5 x 8 inch vinyl portfolio. The 10 dollar bill features Alexander Hamilton on the front and the US Treasury on the back. A Certificate of Authenticity is included.

I really am enjoying this Necklace Box. It is attractive and weighted well, so you can lift the lid without the rest of it moving. Thus, there is not a problem with the chains getting tangled. I sometimes wear pendants with other chains. This box allows me to instantly look at which chains are available for which pendant. Careful placement of the necklace when I take it off leaves no way for the chains to get knotted. (Tangled chains are my biggest problem.) The necklace box is sensible and arranged nicely.
