Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts. Have been wanting a bidet for a while and our bathroom is white, black and gray so I was super happy to find this one in black! It comes with many features including washing, drying, heating and also includes a night light and remote. It is still a beautiful chrome mirror shine, however fingerprints are easily seen. The space for the toilet paper rolls is a little smaller and may not fit double rolls. The adhesive is strong and can hold spray cans and potty spray. I will recommend this in a bathroom without small dirty hands. You will be polishing it often. The package arrived damaged so consequently this beautiful chrome toilet paper holder was damaged. All of the hardware came to assemble which included the adhesive for the no drill option. The finish was absolutely gorgeous! I had ordered chrome out of the other finishes, the finish appeared to be mirror. I guess it’s their version of chrome. I’ve holder is heavy and I would be curious to know if the adhesive that came with it to mount will be able to hold up on the wall with toilet paper and anything that will be seated on the top table. Pretty straight forward and easy to install. My husband (who isn't too handy) was able to do it himself. It is very heavy so two people may be needed since it's 110lbs. The gold matches my daughter bathroom and it looks beautiful. The back is shorter than our last one but it's good since my four year old is able to teach the buttons by herself. The lid is soft closing so no more slamming of the cover. Feels great and looks just as clean and sleek.
