I'm really enjoying this so far. I've got it working with SmartThings which means it's working (okay) with Google Home. All five of my RF fans work with this device. I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. The WS-5000 also displays minimum and maximum conditions with time and date stamps, and archived historical data, which can be exported to SD Card (optional, not included) for advanced data analysis in Excel. The SD card is also used for firmware updates. The extra-large rain cup ensures better accuracy. Since the sensor is wireless, it can be placed close to the ground, and the removable lid makes for easy service and maintenance. The wireless sensor array features a pagoda thermo-hygrometer radiation shield with passive aspiration for the utmost accuracy, a bubble level for plumb installation, and a solar panel. It connects to the console via RF (915 MHz) up to 1000 feet of the line of sight in the open air (300 feet under most conditions). The wireless signal will not pass through solid metal, earth, or ground. The sensor array mounts to any pole between 1 and 2" in diameter with an adaptive mounting bracket and U-Bolt design that can be tightened to your mounting bar (not included). The WH32B indoor sensor will monitor temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure.

The forecaster also measures humidity and barometric pressure readings in addition to ice alerts, moon phases, and calendar and clock features. Indoor and outdoor humidity and temperature both feature trend indicators as well as min/max recall. For tracking barometric pressure changes, the deluxe forecaster offers a history chart of pressure readings. The base unit can accommodate up to 3 wireless remote sensors and features a colorful backlight display for enhanced readability.
