They were correct. The vendor's packaging had no padding, and when the tiles arrived only 1 tile out of the 2 packages was unbroken. However, I had no issues with the return process. A one-step formula that cleans, shines and protects in a one-time and labor-saving step. This product is safe to use on Forbo Marmoleum products. It is also non-toxic, bio-degradable, and has no harsh chemicals.

This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. I really like the floor fine. A BIG however -- our installers found that 20-25% of the pieces were chipped in every box. One box, the majority of them were chipped. Because you must snap them together, you cannot just cut off an end to use it. Therefore, most of the pieces were unusable.
