Innovative new approach to Epoxy Mortar that enables a smoother matt finish. Epoxy Elite EVO is a commercial product that can be used as a non-sag setting material and grouting product. Extremely easy to install and maintain (follow specific instructions for this product). 2-part anti-acid epoxy mortar. Part A consists of a mixture of epoxy resin, fine-grain siliceous aggregates, pigments and specific organic additives. Component B consists of an innovative organic catalyst. The 2 parts, once mixed together at room temperature will have a full 60 minutes of application and cleaning time, and forms a creamy mixture with excellent smoothness, also for no-drip vertical application. Once hardened, the product has ultra-high performance in terms of mechanical and chemical resistance. The grout is industrial grade performance even when subjected to enzymatic cleaners and other harsh environments. When applying grout to tile we recommend using The Tile Doctor Green Epoxy Float. I really Love these deck tiles! I was so impressed when we put them down. I am ordering more because I underestimated my area but even with what we have so far, it makes the back patio look so much better! You can barely tell that they are plastic even next to a wood tile. They are very easy to install! They go together like a puzzle and click into place. I couldn't believe how easy and fast we put them down. It took less than half an hour to put down the 44 pieces and makes the entire area look completely different! So far, they have made it through several rain storms and have not moved. They sit in place without shifting or breaking. We have put our deck chairs on them, and they are really great. I would definitely recommend these, especially if you are looking for a simple way to change the look of your patio. Also, if for some reason one of them gets ruined, it is like working with carpet tiles. You just take that one out and replace with a new one. A one-step formula that cleans, shines and protects in a one-time and labor-saving step. This product is safe to use on Forbo Marmoleum products. It is also non-toxic, bio-degradable, and has no harsh chemicals.

This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first.
