Solid upgrade from my pro22, assembly was straight forward. The “break-in” process was simple. I really enjoy the wifi( I didn’t have this before) the hooks to hang the grates for cleaning. The drip tray design ten times better than my previous traeger. I've owned my Broil King Pellet for several years and have tried my friend's low-cost smokers and they simply don't compare. The quality difference in the Broil King is superior, I get a reliable cook each time and haven't had any issues. Other reviews mention auger jams but this can be avoided by not overfilling with pellets and removing your excess pellets after cooking - I have friends who run into auger jams on their smokers and its because they forget that the auger is already half loaded from their last cook. The vertical design with four adjustable racks gives plenty of space to cook multiple items at once. The LED temperature control is simple and holds steady, and the included meat probe is a nice bonus. The water and wood trays also help keep the meat moist and flavorful without much effort. My only complaint is the front glass seal isn’t as tight as it should be, and I’ve noticed some smoke escaping. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. I still need to season the grill, so haven’t used it yet, but was pretty easy to put together although some of the directions were a bit confusing but my son is mechanically inclined.
