These ceiling tiles are a little difficult to put up, however, we accomplished the goal. They are light weight and easy to handle, but you will need two people to hang them. Be sure to apply glue to all parts of the tile (particularly on the back of the little squares) except the center flat space because it will get a "lumpy" appearing texture. Although I used liquid nails, I purchased the kit with edging so that if the tile sags down the road, the edging will keep it in place. Our tiles can be installed over most surfaces such as popcorn, drywall, stucco, plywood, and most flat surfaces using a construction grade adhesive(Loctite power grab) or you can lay them into standard suspended(drop-in) ceiling systems.
