This is a great piece. Very well made for the most part. Except…I wonder how paint will come out of the particle board base, and I’m hoping it won’t swell from water. It came with just a bit of damage on the edge but not enough to worry about. Maybe we will paint it with marine paint. My daughters love this easel. My 8 almost 9 year old has been asking for a long time and I thought it would never get used, but I was wrong. The only suggestion I have is that it could use a second eraser. One for chalk and one for expo markers. I also have not needed to replace the paper yet. I am wondering if it will be hard to find..
