I absolutely LOVE my new couch, however the delivery was not a love. After waiting all day for my piece to arrive, 3 movers got the huge box up to my apartment (I was moving furniture for them to get this box through the entrance to the living room) and after knocking into things, they put the HUGE box down & started to walk out. I said, wait, aren’t you suppose to unpack this HUG box & take it away? Answer, “no it’s just a drop off service. the box is your responsibility!” As a single woman living alone I was so upset! After over an hour just trying to open this HUGE box I was finally able to unload. I have the king size in alabaster, and we love it! We needed something low profile because our room is vaulted and we were considering placing it on the short side walls. We ended up placing it in front of the windows. It was easy to assemble and it holds our heavy purple mattress well. We have moved it around multiple times and it hasn’t faltered.
