I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. Very happy with the toilet and the price. The sensor flush is clutch! The motor stopped working properly after a year of using it, but they sent a replacement within a week of reporting the incident. I agree with the previous review. Just installed last weekend and, as a construction industry professional, I was disappointed by the following: 1. Can't get your hands or any type of tool adequately in to tighten toilet seat bolts. 2. If they ever loosen, you need to unfasten and remove toilet to tighten 3. Bidet seat hidden cord hole did not align with electrical or water supply of compatible Kohler bidet seat Had to run electrical and water outside of toilet. I would have chosen another toilet had I known that the cords would be exposed anyway. 4. When setting toilet, you can't see when it is properly aligned and set into trapway. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. We have had this installed now for 6 months and absolutely love this toilet! The sleek design makes for easy cleaning and the two flush facility is great energy saving. Very happy with the product and works as described. I would point out that you need to use the provided 1/2 inch connectors as the bidet requires that size. Do not downsize the supply line as the flushing action will not work as expected.A little more work but if you use the supply lines from your old toilet for you will not be happy. Gordo1. London On.
