It is a good mattress for people that sleep on their back and side, but if you need to set on the top of it as I did it is terrible and you will get back pain. Of course mattress is not a chair and it was not it's purpose. But I am in post partum and use to spend a lot of time sitted nursing the baby and it was a bad surprise that I was not able to use the mattress for it.
