We don’t leave food items sitting in the sink for long periods of time, and have not had any issues with it discoloring/staining. You will easily pay twice the price for a comparable bed frame anywhere else with the same features. My wife and I(58 and 60yo) were able to separate the two king bed frame sections at the three hinge points with a metric ratchet and wrench and unplug three quick disconnects in order to half the weight to 100lbs each and bring them up a flight of stairs, then reconnect everything on the second floor, this process saved our backs and cost us an extra fifteen minutes tops. Installation was super simple and the remote was already paired to the frame. It is a good mattress for people that sleep on their back and side, but if you need to set on the top of it as I did it is terrible and you will get back pain. Of course mattress is not a chair and it was not it's purpose. But I am in post partum and use to spend a lot of time sitted nursing the baby and it was a bad surprise that I was not able to use the mattress for it.
