I have had this installed and in operation for about 6 months. The unit arrived undamaged and on schedule. The installation was ok but the mounting brackets of the unit are a little under designed. I added addition bracket to help secure the weight as it is not light. Be sure to consider that you need to plumb in venting that is at least 10" in diameter to carry the 900 cfm. You will likely need to purchase an additional piece for the chimney extension that prevents back drafts (a damper) that doesn’t come with it in order to meet code, but it is cheap and easy to get a hold of.
