Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Were remodeling a house and the original air conditioning system was slightly undersized both in the kitchenutility and the living room. They were always either too hot or cold with not enough airflow. The current AC condenser is a 2-ton which is a little undersized for this home, but still fairly new, 5 or 6 years. We chose to keep the current AC and purchased this two head mini split. Its a perfect solution for our problem. Very easy to install. My husband installed it with a little help from me. This is a perfect solution for those DIYers. It came with the template and wonderful instructions and all the accessories, line set and wiring and remotes for each head.
