I am not going to lie. I was leery, but my expectations were exceeded just on the packaging alone! Took me about an hour to put together, instructions were easy-ish to follow. The operation is smooth, very quiet when moving up/down. The wiring threw me off a bit, as the light controller is in the box with the desk and everything else is in the box with the frame. I am very pleased, it feels sturdy. Caution, the box with the frame is much heavier than expected, but you can tell quality went into the making. Didn't have to program the motors or calibrate them. The cup holder is a nice touch for sure! I do wish it came with a PC tower holder, but there was room on top for the desktop. I am a developer, not a gamer, but it's perfect for my setup! The price is higher than many of the others but I chose this one, because the top is a solid piece and not split like a majority of the others. I ordered this desk on Jan 17th because of its fast delivery, but it was delayed more than a week. When the package got here, it was damaged and pieces were missing. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they would send me the missing parts. I waited over a week, but I never heard from the manufacturer, and the parts never came. I asked for a refund. The packaging said that I wouldn't have to send it back, and I spoke to a Wayfair representative who confirmed I didn't need to send it back for my refund. On Feb 21st I received an email telling me my refund was issued, but on March 14th, the refund still hasn't been issued. Since then, I have received another package with random parts and no instructions, they don't go to the desk.
