Absolutely love this refrigerator. It is my first counter-depth refrigerator and I was very concerned there would not be enough room to store all our food in it. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. I’ve owned the fridge for about 3 weeks and it is a solid upgrade. PROS: It looks great and elevates the look of the kitchen to gourmet. The water/filter quality is top tier and the auto sense fill feature saves time when filling up a glass or a measuring cup. And of course it chills and freezes nicely with features that boost the capability for special circumstances such as installation or recovering from a power outage. CONS. It’s missing a few “normal folks” features that I’ve enjoyed over the years and that I would expect for the cost. 1. It is massive and takes 4-6 people to deliver it; annotate that during delivery or they won’t send enough people to get it off the truck. Also, installation and haul away aren’t included. Be prepared to pay a few hundred extra. 2. The door isn't magnetized - so it won’t hold a magnet. 3. This wine fridge works great! I like that there are the light color choices. The wood shelves are nice. I prefer them over wire or metal racks. My one issue that I knew before I ordered is that it doesnt have full extension shelves. That makes it hard to see the bottles on the back half of the shelf. The size of this refrigerator is "Huge". I highly recommend using the service to assemble and install. After reading the instructions, I quickly realized that it's not for me.
