This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. To have window (in small net fabric) and able to close or open with zipper that is just practical feature to have and when you open you roll from the outside with attach on the top with and elastic loop. To have 3 windows that you can open is f and have fresh air is really practical. Another feature that is excellent is the side panel OMG so brilliant , you have one piece of Velcro all the way to the length so fast and easy to install.
