The only improvement I can think of, though not worth docking a star, is that I am 5'10" and if the seat backs went up just another couple inches it would fit my head and neck better, currently the motorized neck rest starts on my shoulder blades, and I either have to slouch a bit or extend the head rest forward more than I might otherwise extend it to get past my shoulders..
