The remote is easy to use once you learn the symbols and it adjusts the heat of the seat, heat of the water and the distance that the cleaning and drying wands come out to get a personalized experience. This chair fits the bill. It was easy to snap together to assemble. Small enough to easily drive through the halls of my senior living complex.
