Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. Really love this little table - just what I needed - expands from four people to six people. Nice old wood look. Was slightly damaged at inner edges where leaves come out to expand the table, but easily fixed with wood marker so you can't tell.
