Bought this hood since I needed to replace my old one and I must say this thing is absolutely amazing!! Easy installation and it came in perfect condition with no damages at all, it has a motion detector for your hands so you don’t have to press any buttons which was very very cool, also it sucks up the smoke so fast and well. Looks great! Arrived within a week of ordering and was packaged well. Installing had some issues, it comes with a measuring pamphlet which wouldn’t stay up so my husband “eye balled” it. The brackets were not all labeled correctly so make sure you use the right ones. The range looks sleek and the touch screen is sensitive, which I prefer. The light is bright enough for me, now the sound, it is pretty loud when you put iy in the second and third level.
