This tarp works great to filter our hot and very bright Arizona sun. We have to very large German Shepards dogs that have a huge pen where they like to relax and play during the day. Half of their pen is shaded with heavy duty tarp. During the hot sunny days they lose half their space. We installed tis tarp on the other half and it works great as an additional shaded area for our furry kids. It really does cut down te heat considerably. This tarp will work for just about any area you want shaded. I wish all our 5 acres were covered in this material. Wish I had a beach nearby so I could show a picture of this it up. But I have a lot to say about this Beach canopy tent. First off the canopy is made of material that is excellent for beach just shake sand off. Color is teal blue. Has handy tools , stakes and metal legs that fold out. [Drainage System & Galvanized Base]The drainage gutter system can effectively drain water from the greenhouse to the outside. The sloped roof won't accumulate water on the top. alvanized base can be better fixed in the soil and protects the greenhouse from bad weather.

It lasted for about a year and a half without any major problems. That being said we live in tornado alley and had 80 mph wind multiple times. Had snow and ice and it held up for over a year. This year some of the panels couldn't take the beating and snapped. I think there are 3 missing right now but it did make it through over one storm season in Oklahoma-which is pretty incredible. It is an enjoyable experience to see how quickly your cut flowers/plants grow in Spring. The temperature is comfortable and the environment is friendly to your plants. As summer approaches and the temperature outside begins to rise, you start to water your plants more. But have you thought of putting “sun screen” on your plants!! ---- Provide shade cloth to cover your plants as a shelter, this will save you water and energy as well as make your plants grow faster and be healthier.
