The coffee tastes great and the overall functionality is honestly brilliant. My only knock is the internal containers in the tray that trigger the “ready” sensors seem very hypersensitive, so it can be finicky. Also, it’s pretty noisy while it’s running. I’m not sure why other reviews said that these were flimsy. Maybe they weren’t installed correctly. My husband did a great job installing these. We have blackouts and sheers on them.
