I’m not sure why other reviews said that these were flimsy. Maybe they weren’t installed correctly. My husband did a great job installing these. We have blackouts and sheers on them. This chair is sporting some very deep tufting on the dark leather. Take a look at the turned legs. They added castors on the front legs and jute to the outside back. Pure Aniline top-grade cow leather. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight/heat some color variation is common and acceptable on vintage leather.
