These planters did serve my purpose but a few things you should know first I had to drill the holes for drainage second they’re very deep so you’ll want to do some kind of a filler product. I used pool noodles cut up halfway up and then started using dirt helps with drain drainage and you don’t have to use as much soil. They look nice but it was too much to put all three of them together so I spread them out throughout the property and they look very nice planted. I was very pleased with the size and appearance of the two vases exactly what I needed. However, the problem was separating the vases once I removed them from the very sturdy box. They shipped stacked together inside the box and wrapped in plastic, which was probably cost effective, but very impractical from a customers perspective. Long story short, I sprayed WD-40 along the rim and plastic, waited 5 mins, lightly tapped along the rim with a hamper, then pulled on the plastic, and they came a part easily at that point. I take care of entryway planters at our little church. The ones I have had there for six years had come apart and were leaking at the bottom. While I have not yet brought this to Church or put potting mix in or planted it yet still chilly at night in Minnesota, looking at the construction of this one I am very highly satisfied.
