First, I would like to start off with... I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER AND THE OPTION TO INSTALL PROFESSIONALLY IS NOT OFFERED. Now, with that out of the way, I love this color flooring and the materials are so smooth when walking on it. The rich walnut goes perfect with my gold accent curtains. It makes the room feel really warm. It is important to purchased the right amount and place the panels in the right directions. The picture and the box that it comes in shows how the placement of the panels go. Do not put them all going in 1 direction, it will not work. I chose the snap and lock ones because I didnt want to get involved with all of that glue, also, I really didnt want to pull my vinyl flooring up because I am not a professional and if I messed up, I could just pull the panels up and hire a professional. (I pulled them up after taking the picture and Im hiring a professional right after this review lol). It seems easy enough, however, I need to pull my base boards off and pull my vinyl up so that they can secure properly. Well the product itself is okay-ish. It looks decent for fake wood look and the pattern doesn’t repeat in the box of six planks. It fits together perfectly and with ease. There is a slight strip of discoloration along the edges on some planks. The color is a very muted unsaturated brown. One plank was damaged in shipping right in the middle of the also the bigger issue is that the rest of the boxes I ordered to complete the project are back ordered for six months. We are in the process of remodeling our home. Today we are installing this product—and so far, it’s been super easy. There are 10 planks in a box and it was packaged incredibly well so as to avoid damage during shipping. The quality of the product is excellent. I love how easy it is to operate the tongue and groove system but there are a few pieces that have been tricky. It’s also a bit hard to match up the “knotholes” in the pattern. this is a traditional glue-down LVT floor that is waterproof, kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. Because this is glued to your subfloor, it is perfect when you don't want transition strips from room to room, making it a great option for homes with large spaces or special needs.

Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath.
