Ive had boho lamps in the past, but nothing like these! These bases are beautiful, modern, and have a good weight to them so they just wont tip over. The detail in the shades are like a basket that was carefully weaved, and not flimsy at all. I will say that the shades do cause the lighting to be a little dim, but I have a big picture window in the room where I have them, so its usually very bright during the day. They do emit just enough light in the evening. Without turning the lamp on, the base looks antique white, as stated in the description, but with the lamp on, it looks cream.... probably due to the light bouncing off of the color of the shade. Packaging 1010 very well packed it even came with a white gloves and instructions in a fancy envelope. Color 1010exact as photo both are an identical match to each other. Note that the lamp shade is a pure white. I specifically choose this for the 3 way however it does not work on either.
