Assembly: The cart was fairly easy to assemble, with most pieces fitting into slots or holes and sticking. One negative- The side piece with the cutting board kept disconnecting and falling off, especially when trying to move the cart. Portability: the cart has wheels that are easy to maneuver and move, but also can be locked for stability. The one con was mentioned above- the side piece comes off easily. Storage: the grill piece is very portable and easy to move. The major downside to this set up is that there is no cover for the grill, which makes long-term protection and storage difficult. I can’t speak to longevity because I haven’t owned it for long- but we made a makeshift cover for short term.
