This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. Absolutely terrible support! Fully charged battery lasts less than 5 minutes on first day of use. Used voltmeter after fully charging to verify battery was failed. Contacted support for replacement battery. I have been going back and forth with them for over 2 months. They finally agreed to send a new battery. I STILL have not received the replacement battery despite multiple follow ups on status. I purchased and installed my own battery and runs great.
