Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Aside from shipping issues these tiles are great. They are strong and forgiving of less than desirable walls. Watch the videos and do exactly as they say and installation with be quick and smooth. I used these for my bathtub surround and being 68 doing it alone I was able to do it all myself. I did it in two days mostly because I was hesitant about doing it around the water lines. my plumbing hadn't been touched since at least the 50s and had longer bigger pipes than today. Cutting and drilling out the holes was never a problem. I will say though using a utility knife for anything other than trimming edges is difficult. Luckily I had a small table saw that worked great. Love the whirlpool. Didn’t think the light in the tub was important but I do enjoy it. Just read the spec sheet before you buy, it needs two gfi to run the light and whirlpool motor.
