Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! I have posted a “before” photo. “After” photo coming! We bought these lights to replace our old, outdated, mismatched track lighting (shown in photo). Because they are going on a second floor ceiling, which is vaulted and might be 24 feet high. We have to have our electricians come out to install these. Otherwise it would be very easy for my husband to install these if it was only on a regular height ceiling. We really love the look of these. They will be much more modern sleek and design and all matching. We purchased the white set and I think it’s going to really enhance our living room. This was the only hardware I could fine with a solid rail. The kit arrived well packaged and I am impressed with the overall quality of materials and the instructions. The rail is solid, and the mouning hardware is really well designed, with adjustable spacers depending on your configuration. I did not want the metal straps on the front of the door, so I opted for the top mount configuration. I outsmarted myself and added another 1/4" to the recommended height, and I should not have done that. Use the 2" rail stops from the top of the door and you will be fine, even if you are installing over a carpet floor, like I was. I also wound up trimming the rail because I have a perpendicular wall next tot he door. I used a small hack saw, which worked OK, but it took some time and effort. Perhaps a circular grinder would have been better. Regardless, it worked out fine and looks great. I definitely recommend this hardware if you are haning a barn door.. Robert. San Diego, CA.
