The Whynter ARC-110WD portable AC features advanced self-evaporating technology, which uses moisture collected during the cooling process to produce cool air. Very happy with this purchase. For a dual hose air conditioner I think this is a good middle of the road option for places like where I live (nor cal) where humidity is not an issue. I did try to use a hose attachment which wasn’t readily available for this unit and it did leak. However the bottom drain works perfectly. The caveat with this machine is that you absolutely cannot lose the remote otherwise you cannot operate the unit. You can only turn on and off from the main unit but no operation. I have ordered Costway mini splits before great units. Wayfair did great so far the first condenser arrived damaged on ports idea sent pictures and wayfair sent me a replacement But the new unit arrived slightly dented in front by cooling fan but needed to have unit installed had HVAC tech waiting to install.
