The framework itself was beautiful when you opened it up. The only thing you had to do was attached to legs. As far as working it operates beautifully. I purchased 2 of these lights for the nightstands in our bedroom. They are of very high quality and are exactly what we were looking for. We love the brightness and color temperature settings, as we use them for reading. The big selling point for us was the 26.5" long gooseneck arm. It is long enough to reach over the reading material and can be twisted into any position. Even when fully extended, the arm does not tip the light over due to the weighted base. I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone.
