Quality construction and well built. The drawers are actually drop down doors and there is only 3 on the shorter version that I purchased not 4 as stated in description. I’m actually liking the drop down doors better than drawers as it maximizing space inside a small compartment and the door hinges and soft close hardware are quality upgrades. Fully assembled was exactly that … open the box and hang the unit. Well packaged with plenty of protection from the rigors of shipping … and they got it out for delivery in very short order. Had it in hand 3 days after I ordered. Well mostly in hand … had to retrieve it from my neighbor as Fed-X failed to get it to my door. Overall pleased with the quality of the furniture.. David. Our TV cabinet arrived quickly and was packaged very securely. It comes in two boxes and it is very heavy, so you might need two people to carry it in. The instructions were good and all the pieces were there, which isn't always the case, so very happy with that. It is not an easy assembly, but there are moving parts and a lot of smaller pieces, so that's not a surprise. At one point we needed two people to stabilize a section while tightening some screws, but for the most part, it's a one person job taking maybe 3-4 hours if you're not experienced. The look is nice. We got the light oak color and it's a little lighter than I expected, but looks good. The most important part is that it works perfectly. We haven't installed the TV yet, but the remote works and it slides up and down effortlessly. The only slight minus is that the remote has no instructions or directions. Its looks awesome after fully assembled. But to assemble.. it’s some task. Also, we did not get the shiny top as was in the picture…I would keep six hours of work by two people at least to figure out things and then assemble it. A lot of parts need to be connected. But it’s a charm after fully done. The main difficulty we had was to align the two front side doors. Four stars for looks. But the black top surface coating is too thin, and you may get it dented easily. We already had two places where white undercoat is visible and had to apply some color. Very light top finish.. Pete. It's a nice cabinet and heavy, but not solid oak as we had thought. It's an oak veneer and not all oak veneer in some spots so if you get unfinished staining doesn't work very well, so we had to paint ours.
