Quality construction and well built. The drawers are actually drop down doors and there is only 3 on the shorter version that I purchased not 4 as stated in description. I’m actually liking the drop down doors better than drawers as it maximizing space inside a small compartment and the door hinges and soft close hardware are quality upgrades. Fully assembled was exactly that … open the box and hang the unit. Well packaged with plenty of protection from the rigors of shipping … and they got it out for delivery in very short order. Installation instructions were clear. Unfortunately, we were missing a specific minor screw for the doors, and couldn’t get support to send us any, as it was giving us an error when we tried to submit the request. We weren’t expecting a bunch of parts to put together- it said 0.5-1 hour, but instead, it took closer to 2 hours with a single person. With the unclear instructions as well, this made the process a bit painstaking. After putting it together, it looks perfect, no issues besides the missing screws for the middle cabinet. Besides the setup issues, this stand is pretty sturdy, and has some cool LED lights! Looks beautiful all the time, and is able to support numerous home devices inside and on top.
