Lorps did a great job assembling this unit by himself. It took him 3hrs and 15 minutes to complete this unit but was given 90 minutes to complete and your representatives kept interfering with nuisance call s and texts asking when he would be done. Whoever assigned this job and time limit given initially clearly had no insight into how difficult this project is done solo. Treating your help this way shows ignorance and lack of respect for the worker. Lorps never paused the whole time he was here and had to create some reposting of the unit to hold pieces together while other pieces were being assembled. We ordered this tv stand in the brown color which has a slight taupe modern hue in the brown. It was the perfect size for a kitchen alcove that we had have and we desperately needed kitchen storage. We have looked everywhere for a low piece that wouldn’t block the windows and has deep storage to declutter our small kitchen space. The assembly took me about two hours then my husband jumped in the next day to adjust the doors. Note that if you decide not to use the shelves rest them on the floor so the doors don’t invert when they close. They have adjustable soft close hinges and each piece has one removable, adjustable shelf. The box is about 7ft long and weighs 97 pounds so keep that in mind. It would be very helpful to have a person with you to assemble this because the boards are long and heavy and you had to hold them in place while putting screws in.the back panel comes with all of the screws but only 6 are predrilled. This was an awesome Wayfair find! I have zero complaints. I chose the white color, and it is more beautiful in person than pictures. The farmhouse look is lovely with the wood grain top (that actually has texture), and the “shiplap” sides. It has tempered glass in the cabinet doors and very sturdy well-constructed legs. Everything is smooth and has a nice clean finish- no chips or scuffs from shipping. It was easy to assemble and I to want thank the manufacturer from the bottom of my heart for the genius pre-assembled hinges that easily fit together during assembly. So we decided to mount the TV on the wall and we use this to display these handmaid barns my father made our daughter many years ago. We’ve never had space to display them so they get the honor on this nice piece of furniture. The sliding barn doors hide shelves for storage or display.
