It’s a beautiful chandelier with dangling crystals that come uninstalled. We left them off so our chandelier has a cleaner look. The shipping box is made of wimpy cardboard and doesn’t support this heavy chandelier very well. Ours had some minor damage which was disappointing for the price we paid.
